吳瓊女(nǚ)士爲合夥人(rén)、執業律師(shī)、商标代理(lǐ)人(rén)，先後畢業于北京外國(guó)語大(dà)學法學院和美國(guó)西北大(dà)學-香港科(kē)技大(dà)學（Kellogg-HKUST) ，具有法學學士學位和高級管理(lǐ)人(rén)員(yuán)工(gōng)商管理(lǐ)碩士學位。曾接受過美國(guó)迪堡法學院國(guó)際金融法和知識産權法律方面的培訓，以及英國(guó)PraxisUnico國(guó)際技術(shù)轉移的培訓。自(zì)2005年(nián)從(cóng)事(shì)知識産權工(gōng)作(zuò)至今，吳瓊女(nǚ)士處理(lǐ)了大(dà)量的知識産權相(xiàng)關的确權争議(yì)、侵權糾紛、不正當競争糾紛、跨國(guó)并購(gòu)中的知識産權相(xiàng)關法律案件(jiàn)，此外也在國(guó)際技術(shù)轉移項目中爲企業、大(dà)學和科(kē)研機(jī)構提供專業的支持服務。由于其在國(guó)際上的優秀口碑和影(yǐng)響力，多家行業權威機(jī)構（例如(rú)：Chambers、Asia Law、WTR、MIP、Global Law Experts等）連續多年(nián)将吳瓊女(nǚ)士評選爲知識産權領域的傑出律師(shī)。
